Glove Integrity Test

The integrity test of gloves is used to verify that they are used in a sterile environment, such as a clean room, are intact and do not have any defects or perforations that may compromise their ability to protect the sterile environment.
At QSGroup, we offer two integrity tests to verify your gloves: the compressed air test, which measures air leaks and checks for any perforations or defects; and the liquid test, which involves immersing the glove in a liquid and observing for any air bubbles that, if present, indicate perforations or defects.

Speedy Glove is QSGroup's choice for glove sealing operations installed on isolators and RABS.
