The glassware washer series is designed to clean containers of various shapes and sizes, customized according to the loading rack configuration. In the double-door version, it allows for a complete separation between loading and unloading areas.

These machines are designed and built according to current G.M.P. regulations and pharmaceutical standards. They are equipped with a PLC/HMI control system compliant with CFR21, with the ability to generate washing cycle reports to monitor operations in detail.

The range of machines varies based on the width of the washing chamber, with dimensions ranging from 500 to 1500 mm. The baskets, customized to fit the containers, are interchangeable to optimize loading in each cycle. The machines operate both in recirculation mode, thanks to a sanitary centrifugal pump connected to the tank, and with direct water, which can also be pressurized. They can also include blowing and drying phases, with the possibility of adjusting parameters such as duration, temperature, and functional control for each cycle.
