Cleamix – Decontamination Device

The Cleamix VCS-100Cr is a portable decontamination master unit designed for demanding hydrogen peroxide bio-decontamination processes capable of handling several additional units (ExtU, Cat, dryer and fan). Additional extension units enable decontamination in large volume spaces. The VCS-100Cr master unit can handle up to 50 extension units.

VCS-100Cr uses an aqueous solution of up to 50% hydrogen peroxide to generate hydrogen peroxide vapour capable of destroying even the most resistant microorganisms such as bacterial spores at room temperature and low concentrations. Hydrogen peroxide vapour has good compatibility with materials and is residue-free, decomposing only into water and oxygen.

Hangars for aircraft, complete buildings and other large interior spaces up to 5000 m3. VCS-100 master unit + 1-50 additional VCS-100 extension units. Secure mesh network between master and slave units for cable-free operation.

Cleamix VSC-100ExtU is a portable decontamination extension unit for the master unit VCS-100Cr.

Up to 50 VCS-100ExtU decontamination units can be connected together with the VCS-100Cr master unit for decontamination of large volume spaces. The separate high-capacity VCS-C1000Cr catalytic converter can be used to catalyse hydrogen peroxide vapour from the treatment area.
The catalytic converter is an air circulation fan, included with the HEPA filter and potassium permanganate filter, which carries out a chemical reaction with the hydrogen peroxide vapour where the vapour decomposes into water and oxygen.
The VCS-C1000Cr catalytic converter is compatible with the VCS-100Cr decontamination unit.
